Your parcel will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation on working days (not including public holidays and weekends). As soon as your order leaves our storage, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number by e-mail from either PostNord (Norway) or DHL (International).

- We hope you love everything that you ordered from ENVELOPE1976, but if something isn't quite right, we have a 14 days return policy. The cost of return is NOK 99 (Norway) / EUR 39 (International). The return amount is deducted from your refund. We will refund within 15 days of its arrival, back to the same card/account used when placing your order. There are no returns for swimwear due to hygiene reasons.
- Fill out the form inside the parcel with the return cause.
- Please ensure that all garments are returned in their original condition, including all attached tags. To prevent any damage, please securely seal the parcel. You may reuse the packaging from the original order for the return shipment. For returns within Norway, please attach the return label provided with the package. For international returns, print out the return label sent via e-mail and attach it to the outside of the package.
- Deliver the package to your nearest PostNord (Norway) / DHL (International) delivery point.
- Remember to ask for a receipt with a tracking number when you hand in the return. This is your insurance if the package is lost.
Purchased items are not exchangeable in different sizes and colors. Exchanges are handled in the same manner as return (as described above). You will have to place a new order of your desired product/size, and we will ship this to you while your return/refund is being processed.
All items are quality controlled and checked before they are shipped. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact email@example.com. Please note that any claim requires that you have not used the item inappropriately, and that the item is not defective due to your conduct. If the item(s) have a manufacturing fault that occurred within a 24-month time frame after purchase, please contact us immediately. We encourage repairing all defects if possible. Contact us via e-mail, and we can arrange for a discount if you repair the damage yourself.
