The organic cotton we use has been certified by Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). Conventional cotton is one of the most commonly used fibers in the fashion industry, and are extremely water and chemical demanding. Highly toxic substances like fertilizers are applied, and most cotton is currently being grown conventionally. When growing organic cotton, the use of toxic chemicals is eliminated, which is considered better for the health of both people and soil.
