How long do we keep your information?
Envelope1976 will retain information that you have provided to us as long as it is necessary for the purposes specified in the policy. Envelope1976 will delete the personal information when Envelope1976 has handled your request, fulfilled an agreement, or when Envelope1976's legal obligation is fulfilled, or when you withdraw your consent by contacting us as explained below.
If you have not been a paying customer with Envelope1976 for the last two years, all your personal data registered with us will be deleted. The exception for deletion is for Envelope1976 to be able to fulfil legal obligations such as accounting considerations.
Alternatively to deletion, Envelope1976 can remove identifying information from the personal information so that the information can no longer be linked to you (anonymisation). There are some exceptions to these rights. For example, we may, in some cases, deny you access to personal information if this causes you to gain access to personal information to another person, or if we are legally prevented from disclosing such information. In some cases, we may retain information even after you have withdrawn your consent.
