Shipping
Your parcel will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation on working days (excluding public holidays and weekends). Once your order has left our storage, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email from PostNord (Norway) or DHL (International).
We ship all domestic orders in Norway with PostNord. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. Shipping costs 120 NOK, but it's free on orders over 2500 NOK.
We ship all European orders with DHL Express. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days. Shipping costs 15 EUR, and we offer free shipping on orders over 400 EUR.
We ship all orders to the USA, Canada, and Mexico with DHL Express. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. Shipping costs 19 EUR.
We ship all orders to Asia with DHL Express. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days. Shipping costs 25 EUR.
We ship all international orders outside of Europe, North America, and Asia with DHL Express. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days. Shipping costs 35 EUR.

All our Euro prices include all applicable local taxes and duties. You can shop with confidence knowing we ship all orders DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), providing a transparent and hassle-free experience from purchase to delivery.
Returns
We hope you’re delighted with your ENVELOPE1976 order. If something isn’t quite right, you can return it within 14 days. Items purchased online must be returned to our webshop, not to our Studio Store. Once we receive your return, refunds will be processed within 15 working days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. To initiate a return, please complete the return form included in your package and specify the reason for your return. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Whenever possible, please reuse the original packaging and ensure the parcel is securely sealed.
For returns within Norway, use the Bring return label included in your order and drop off the package at your nearest Posten location. Be sure to request a receipt with tracking details, as this serves as proof in case the parcel goes missing. A return fee of 99 NOK will be deducted from your refund.
For international returns, print and attach the DHL return label sent to you by email, and drop off the package at your nearest DHL location. Be sure to request a receipt with tracking information—this acts as your proof of return if the parcel is lost. A return fee of 39 EUR will be deducted from your refund.
EXCHANGE
Purchased items are not exchangeable in different sizes and colors. Exchanges are handled in the same manner as return (as described above). You will have to place a new order of your desired product/size, and we will ship this to you while your return/refund is being processed.
CLAIMS
All items are quality controlled and checked before they are shipped. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact info@envelope1976.com. Please note that any claim requires that you have not used the item inappropriately, and that the item is not defective due to your conduct. If the item(s) have a manufacturing fault that occurred within a 24-month time frame after purchase, please contact us immediately. We encourage repairing all defects if possible. Contact us via e-mail, and we can arrange for a discount if you repair the damage yourself.
