Your parcel will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation on working days (excluding public holidays and weekends). Once your order has left our storage, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email from PostNord (Norway) or DHL (International).

TAXES (International shipping) 

All prices on our EUR website already incorporate all applicable local taxes and duties. You can shop confidently, as we ship all our orders DDP, ensuring a transparent and hassle-free experience after your purchase.

We hope you love everything you ordered from ENVELOPE1976, but if something isn’t quite right, we offer a 14-day return policy. Return costs are 99 NOK (Norway) / 39 EUR (International) and will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be processed within 15 working days of receiving the returned item, and will be made to the same payment method used for the order.

Please note that swimwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Fill out the return form included in your package and state the reason for return. Ensure that all garments are returned in original condition with tags attached. Reuse the original packaging if possible, and securely seal the parcel.

For returns in Norway, attach the PostNord return label included in your order. For international returns, print and attach the DHL return label sent via email.

Drop off your return at your nearest PostNord (Norway) or DHL (International) location. Always ask for a receipt with a tracking number—this is your proof if the parcel is lost.

EXCHANGE

Purchased items are not exchangeable in different sizes and colors. Exchanges are handled in the same manner as return (as described above). You will have to place a new order of your desired product/size, and we will ship this to you while your return/refund is being processed.

CLAIMS

All items are quality controlled and checked before they are shipped. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact info@envelope1976.com. Please note that any claim requires that you have not used the item inappropriately, and that the item is not defective due to your conduct. If the item(s) have a manufacturing fault that occurred within a 24-month time frame after purchase, please contact us immediately. We encourage repairing all defects if possible. Contact us via e-mail, and we can arrange for a discount if you repair the damage yourself.
